Banoffee Waffle With Salted Caramel Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of Pearl Sugar Waffles (contains 5 waffles)
- 5 tbsp of salted caramel sauce
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp of Demerara sugar (for caramelizing the banana)
- Little moon mochi cream (or ice cream of your choice)
- Grated Chocolate for sprinkling on top
PREPARATIONS
Peel the bananas and cut into thin slices






Spread the sugar on top of the banana and caramelize using a blow torch or frying pan
Heat the waffles in the microwave for 10 seconds and place them on the prep board.






Laying the caramelized banana on top of the waffles.
Add on top one serving of mochi ice cream.






Drizzle the salted caramel sauce on top.
Add a sprinkle of grated chocolate as a finishing touch before serving.
