Waffle Layer Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of Toasting Waffles
- Large handful raspberries
- Large handful blueberries
- Whipped cream (fresh or ready-made)
- 1 tbsp of icing sugar
PREPARATIONS
Whip the cream together with the icing sugar
Lightly toast the waffles
Spread the cream onto one slice of the waffle then top with fruits
Repeat the steps until you have 3 or 4 layers
Dust with a little icing sugar before serving
